What is a direct repair shop?

A shop that meets all the requirements of insurance companies and works directly with those insurance companies. Direct shops do the estimating, write the orders and order parts without having to wait for an adjuster. Direct shops have ASE certified technicians and meet all the requirements of insurance companies.
